You can find the information in your plan summary of benefits or by calling your sales agent. If you have a plan with a rollover allowance feature, your balance will carry over tothe next month or quarter. Benefits do not rollover past December 31, 2022. You will lose any remaining benefit at the end of the month or quarter if you have a plan without rollover benefits.
