Gold Fringed American flags are often carried in parades, used in official ceremonies, and displayed in offices. Though it is not required, fringe enhances the beauty of the flag. Like our fringed flag, the pole sleeve of our non-fringed U.S. flag is lined with cotton for added strength, and it includes a tab inside the top of the sleeve so that the flag can be fastened easily to a flagpole.

Appearance Of Fringe On The Flag

According to the Army Study Guide website, gold fringe appeared on the American flag as early as 1835. Officially adopted for use on flags in 1895, the gold adornment is not original to the flag’s design. The fringe is generally used on ceremonial flags for indoor use or special services, and is optional. Outdoor flags usually don’t have fringe, as it would deteriorate rapidly in inclement weather.

Being that only some American flags feature gold fringe, you might be wondering what it means.

USA Republic Now In Charge

This gold fringing on the American Flag signifies honourable enrichment and is part of the military tradition.

According to the American Legion, the first use of fringing on a US flag was in 1835. However, the flag added this decoration for all sections of the army in 1895.

They also say that for people in the US: fringe is not required as an integral part of the flag, nor can its use be said to constitute an unauthorized addition to the design prescribed by statute.

In the following table depicting the 28 various designs of the United States flag, the star patterns for the flags are merely the usual patterns, often associated with the United States Navy. Canton designs, prior to the proclamation of the 48-star flag, had no official arrangement of the stars. Furthermore, the exact colors of the flag were not standardized until 1934.

So The Flag In The Court Room Is A Gold Fringe Flag Who Cares That Doesnt Affect Me Right

You should care and yes, it does affect you. The gold fringe flag is a clear sign of a system being in place that is not the system we are taught to believe is in place. A gold fringe flag was historically used during times of war in maritime admiralty law.

The gold fringe flag is not the same flag that is approved for our Constitutional Republic in USA code Title 4 Ch 1 & Ch 2. The fourth color is not approved in the code. Also, you will notice the tassles hanging from the flag. These are also symbolic of admiralty law, which is the law of the sea.

So, wait a minute? Our flags that hang in our government buildings and court rooms are actually representative of war-time in the law of the sea/admiralty law?? Yes. We are in fact, functioning in maritime admiralty law, and our court system is actually upholding a corporation that goes by the name of UNITED STATES. In other words, we are not in a republic, and we are not dealing with the constitutional United States of America. Well, actually, the UNITED STATES does have a constitution but it is not the same as the original Constitution that was drafted for the republic. This is why the gold fringed flag controversy is such a big deal, because it symboliz

Have You Ever Walked Into A Court Room And Notice A Gold Fringe Flag Hanging In The Room

Did you ever wonder why every single flag in court rooms and government buildings is a gold fringe flag? And do you remember how many times you pledged your allegiance to that flag?

I pledge allegiance to the flag, of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one Nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.

Reciting the pledge was the first things we did in school every day, from day one of first grade, to the last day of eighth grade. So, after eight years of repetition, the neuro-pathways are grooved in deep into our brains. And our loyalty so strong to the red, white and blue. Then, one day, we wake up in our adult world, and guess what? The flag now has gold fringe around it and we NEVER asked why? Why is this flag different than the one we were taught to love and be loyal to? We never questioned it. We just assumed it was the same, dear old stripes and stars, and went about out busy little lives.

Good stuff. But I’m wondering, not just if there’s a flag still there, but which one?

Besides the banality of this meaningless exchange and the usual attempts to polarize viewers and pretend they have some significance in the grand scheme of things, I was more taken by the fringed Maritime flag featured behind Obama during the interview.

Meaning Of Gold Fringe American Flags

Youll typically find American flags with gold fringe displayed by the U.S. Army and other branches of the military. The American Legion states that gold fringe was added to the American flag for Army regiments in the late 1800s. In 1895, the U.S. Army officially added gold fringe to its American flags. Since then the U.S. Army and other branches of the military have continued to display American flags with gold fringe.

Origins Of Gold Fringe American Flags

12 in. x 18 in. US Flag w/ Gold Fringe

American flags havent always featured gold fringe. According to The American Legion, it wasnt until 1835 when they began to feature gold fringe. The first American flag, of course, was designed long before that time. On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress passed a piece of legislation recognizing an official American flag. This legislation didnt include any mention of gold fringe. Rather, gold fringe American flags began appearing many decades later in 1835.

Fact Check: Gold Fringe On A Us Flag Does Not Signal Maritime Nor Martial Law Is In Effect

Does gold fringe on the American Flag signal imposition of Maritime or Martial Law? No, that’s not true: Gold fringe is a decorative option. Although the U.S. Flag code makes no reference to gold fringe, it has been used since 1835. In 1895 the fringe was added to the flag of all regiments of the U.S. Army. The Marine Corps does have a regulation which prohibits gold fringe on a flag. Although there have been conspiracies about what significance this fringe might have, it is nothing more than an optional decoration, or as described by the American Legion, an “honorable enrichment.” American Flags with fringe can be displayed indoors or outdoors, can be carried in parades, or displayed in public or private offices or in buildings such as courthouses, churches, and school auditoriums.

The claim originated as a screenshot reproduced in a post where it was published on January 20, 2021. It opened:

“Relax everyone. Trump either signed the insurrection act or we are in martial law. The flag behind Trump this morning had a gold fringe and that signifies martial law. You can look it up. The whole Biden inauguration was not valid and he will be arrested for treason later today.”

This is what the post looked like on Facebook at the time of writing:

There have been conspiracies around the gold fringe on American Flags for years. The U.S. Flag code does not specifically address this gold fringe and this has left room for people to question if it is proper.

Flag Resolution Of 1777

On June 14, 1777, the Second Continental Congress passed the Flag Resolution which stated: “Resolved, That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.”Flag Day is now observed on June 14 of each year. While scholars still argue about this, tradition holds that the new flag was first hoisted in June 1777 by the Continental Army at the Middlebrook encampment.

Both the stripes and the stars have precedents in classical heraldry. Mullets were comparatively rare in early modern heraldry. However, an example of mullets representing territorial divisions predating the U.S. flag is the Valais 1618 coat of arms, where seven mullets stood for seven districts.

The first official U.S. flag flown during battle was on August 3, 1777, at Fort Schuyler during the Siege of Fort Stanwix. Massachusetts reinforcements brought news of the adoption by Congress of the official flag to Fort Schuyler. Soldiers cut up their shirts to make the white stripes scarlet material to form the red was secured from red flannel petticoats of officers’ wives, while material for the blue union was secured from Capt. Abraham Swartwout’s blue cloth coat. A voucher is extant that Congress paid Capt. Swartwout of Dutchess County for his coat for the flag.

Have you ever wondered about the gold fringe on the edges of some American flags? Sure, the braided cording looks elegant, but does it have special meaning?

The original American flag from 1777 does not have gold fringe but by the 1830s, the U.S. Army adopted the fringed flag for all regiments. Even the U.S. Army Regulation Code once mentioned the gold fringe stating that fringed flags should be used for display, indoors and outdoors. But the U.S. Flag Code, which federally governs display, maintenance, and retirement of Old Glory, doesn’t say a word about fringe.

There’s a long-standing myth the fringe was added to designate Admiralty courts which operated under martial law. While it’s true we see gold-fringed flags in courtrooms, there is no proof these flags were specified for Admiralty courts. In fact, lawsuits claiming as such have all been negated.

The flag’s stripes signify the 13 original colonies and the stars represent the 50 states. Many believe the colors signify the sacrifices of war, with red symbolizing spilled blood of fighting for freedom. While it seems plausible, the colors were best described by Secretary of the Continental Congress, Charles Thomson: “White signifies purity and innocence, red hardiness and valor, and blue vigilance, perseverance and justice.” Keep in mind he described these colors in 1782, years after the American Revolution.

The Corporate Takeover Is Complete

Gold Fringed Flag

Besides our government actually being a corporation, look at the overall corporate takeover of America today. It’s never been so thoroughly consolidated. Corporations have never had such full sway through their owned media and their revolving door with government via actual goverment positions and their extremely powerful lobbys.

Heads of Monsanto and other mega food and drug related corporations move in and out of the FDA approving their own products and changing laws, while banksters and oil oligarchs freely flow in and out of the Fed and Treasury Department.

The Truth And Shocking Secrets About The Us Flags With Yellow Fringed Around The Borders

According to Unexplainable.net, if we see the US Flag with yellow fringed borders its a WARNING SIGN!

Those of us who believe that the Yellow Fringed Flag is the Law of Admiralty Flag will know all about this. For the rest of us, this will be a shocking new disclosure. President, Dwight David Eisenhower signed Executive Order No.10834 on August 21, 1959 and had printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to the law, stated that: A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides.

The American people were allowed to believe that it was just a decoration but its not. When you see a flag that resembles a regular US flag with YELLOW FRINGE border on the edges, it means that you are in a special place. A place that should not have any jurisdiction over you if you are a normal citizen. The President of the United States designates this difference from the regular flag, by executive order such as Ike did, and in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the military he makes it so. The placing of a fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag and the arrangement of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy.

EDITOR:

Pick me off the floor. Tell me its my imagination. Tell me that Im not seeing a gold-fringed flag in front of a Tea Party meeting. Tell me its not true that all stood proudly to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag when desecrated Old Glory must have been silently weeping for the millions of Americans who have died for the freedom she represents.

My people will perish for lack of knowledge, is a quote from the Bible. It is impossible for uneducated people to be free. So if you want to remain enslaved and blind, keep honoring the gold-fringe flag, appearing in every government office and courtroom in our land. Patriots are subjected to ridicule when objecting to this Admiralty flag. It looks like the American flag with one minor difference a knotted golden fringe on three sides.

Why should anyone be concerned about this apparently innocent decorative feature? What difference does it make ?

The difference is that a fringed flag displayed, is legal notice of the type of law that holds jurisdiction. The constitutional United States flag signifies common law jurisdiction. The fringe denotes Admiralty laws jurisdiction. Do you still want to continue pledging allegiance to a gold-fringed flag? The gold-fringed United States flag is the War flag which denotes Admiralty or martial law.

Wake up. Demand gold fringes be removed from flags in public meeting places. At least bring a seam ripper.
