I like how they structured this. First, The Spa is only located at The Spa Tower at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas. An entire floor in the tower is dedicated The Spa.

When you get to the floor, the elevator opens to the check-in desk where youll be asked to sign-in and/or show your facility pass. Theyll ask you if this is your first time there, and theyll tour you around if it is.

As you walk past the check-in desk, you are brought to a lobby area that has the typical spa feel of dim lighting and candlelights, comfy chairs and a water and fruit station.

Around the lobby are various rooms: cardio room, weights room, nail room, and the separate men and womens spa rooms.

The cardio room has 5 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 stair masters and 2 bicycles.

The weights room has workout machines , barbels, weights and workout mats.

The spa room has the locker rooms which has a lounge area with TV, water station and snacks, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, spa treatment rooms, and shower room complete with toiletries.

I’m trying to plan a BUSINESS trip to Vegas. The Golden Nugget is the nearest decent hotel to where I need to be. I notice that there are 3 “Towers” there… I can’t seem to tell the difference between them. I’m not there to gamble or party, and I don’t smoke. Which of these towers would be the best fit for me?

Rush is the nicest, Gold isn’t bad, Carson tower hasn’t been remodeled in a while. Personally love Rush tower rooms & location of the tower

I have only stayed in the Rush Tower and love those rooms! I would want to stay in that tower for repeat visits for sure.

Agree Rush are the nicest. Separate valet and check in.

Gold is next. Best access to the casino and Fremont street.

Carson is third. Still nice but not as nice as the others. Not as convenient to get to and from.

I agree with the others. The Rush is the newest and nicest. The Gold tower was just renovated, but since it’s in an older tower it still has small bathrooms and the window AC unit.

Carson Tower rooms are the older rooms, but they are completely functional and pleasant. After 4+ stays, never had anything but quiet and comfort. It is a longer walk from the casino/Fremont Street, but not a bother. If your business is picking up the tab though, definitely go Rush.

The Spa Tower is better than all of those three.

At the Gold Nugget Hotel and Casino, guests can avoid the hustle of the strip while enjoying the same excitement of being in the middle of a never-ending party. With live music, dazzling light shows, and the worlds largest gold nugget, guests will find plenty to enjoy. The hotel property boasts 2.000 rooms.

All rooms come with a 42 television, en-suite bathroom, bell-service, in-room safe, and Wi-Fi Internet. Guests can choose from two double, two queen, or single king-sized bed. All beds are covered with Egyptian cotton linens. Luxury rooms include access to the spa. Some rooms have a view of the pool.

Dogs are welcome at the Gold Nugget Hotel and Casino. There is a nightly fee to bring for guests to bring their fur-baby with them. Tips For Staying At The Gold Club Room

During different parts of the day, the Tower Lobby is stocked with various goodies. In the morning, there will be coffee and fruits. In the afternoon, there will be fruits and snacks .

Its often hard to plan for toiletries these days because of the restrictions on items on an airplane. Golden Nugget Las Vegas makes sure youre well covered for that.

If you forgot to pack toothpaste or it ran out, stop at the Front Desk . They have toiletries available such as dental kit and a shaving kit .

Staying At Golden Nuggetwhich Tower Is Best

So my wife and I, along with my cousin and his wife are going to Vegas the end of July. I have already booked 2 rooms in the Carson Tower, but wondering if I should change it to a different one? This will be our first stay there, but my wife’s aunt and uncle stayed in the gold tower last year when we were all out there for a wedding. We liked the looks of the golden nuggets and Fremont street, so thTs why we wanted to stay here. Just looking for some opinions on what I should do as far as rooms.

Rush is the nicest tower the newest, and to my eye most nicely decorated. Separate check in area.

The Gold tower is next step down, and has the advantage of being most convenient to the casino and check in.

Carson is fine, but IMO in third place.

If I had to stay Downtown it would be at the Nugget and it would be in one of the Spa Tower 2 level suites. However, if I couldn’t have one of those I would stay in the Rush Tower.

Well, I obviously know their feedback of the gold tower room, but I guess was looking for opinions from someone that has stayed in all 3 towers that can provide which is best. I think we basically want a nice clean comfortable room for our 4 night stay.

Posting to follow suggestions since we’re booked in for the Carson tower in 2 weeks.

I have not stayed in the Carson tower yet, We will be there this weekend.

Otherwise gold rush club level in the Rush tower.

If I am actually going to stay in the room than it is the Rush tower.

Housed in four different towers, Golden Nugget Las Vegas rooms run the gamut in terms of size, decor, and amenities. The Carson Tower rooms were last renovated in 2018, given a contemporary, albeit bland neutral-tone makeover. The Spa Tower has suites with decor ranging from modern and masculine to gold and gaudy most rooms are two levels and have living spaces. Rush Tower rooms were first opened in 2009, and thus smell the least of smoke. Gold Tower rooms were updated in 2015, though decor verges on dated on the plus side, these are the most centrally located. Just beware when booking anything labeled city view likely looks over Fremont Street, which gets pretty noisy at night.

The cheapest rooms are the Run of the House rooms, which are assigned at check-in by front desk. Many guests complain that this doesnt all them to choose non-smoking or smoking rooms. Aside from that, Carson Tower rooms are the hotels most affordable an attractive incentive for a lot of guests. Despite renovations in 2018, many rooms are still tired and showing wear, as well as smelling strongly of smoke. Expect brown patterned carpeting and wall accents, and more decor in various shade of brown or gold. Bathrooms are teeny tiny and have standard shower/tub combos. Amenities are limited to flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, sitting areas, hairdryers, basic toiletries, and ironing equipment. This is the farthest tower from all of the hotels amenities.
