How Much Does It Cost To Open A Gym?

Golds Gym has announced that it is closing about 30 of its company locations permanently.

The news of the closures came in the form of a on the companys profile page. In its post, the company said it is not going anywhere but rather reassessing the viability of some-company owned locations because of the closures that happened as a result of COVID-19.

The company made the decision to close about 30 gyms mainly in its St. Louis, Alabama, and Colorado Springs, Colorado, markets. The decision does not impact Golds Gyms franchise-owned locations, it said.

Our focus is and always will be on our members in nearly 700 gyms in 29 countries around the world, and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe for our members, team members and communities, the company said in its post.

Golds Gym closed its all of its U.S. locations in March as states across the nation issued stay-at-home orders because of the coronavirus pandemic.
