UPDATE: This Web page here has nothing but false information and yet it is being shared as if it is packed full of truth. It talks about the military flag that has fringe. There is no such flag and Pres. Eisenhowers Executive Order does not have that language in it nor does the US Code regarding the flag. Its all nonsense.
