How To Book Your Four Free Nights In The Bahamas
Once youve been granted Caesars Diamond status, youll need to call 1-800-752-9711 to book your four free nights at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Be sure to mention youre booking a complimentary package as a Diamond member.
Note that not all dates may be available for the complimentary four-night stay, so a bit of flexibility might be required in planning the trip.

The Atlantis Paradise Island is a massive resort complex, and the specific room in which youll be booked will depend on whether youre travelling on an off-peak date or a peak date .
On off-peak dates, youll be put up the Royal Tower, which is a much nicer and newer part of the resort than the Beach Tower, where youd be booked into during peak dates .
Either way, youll also be granted access to Aquaventure, the Atlantiss 141-acre pool and waterpark complex, as well as a $100 Free Slot Play, which is Caesarss sneaky attempt to get you to blow money on the slot machines. Be careful with that one!
Royal Tower, Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas
Alas, many data points indicate that even though Caesars Diamond status includes a resort fee waiver as one of its benefits, that waiver does not apply on the complimentary four-night stays here at Atlantis Bahamas. Youll still pay the resort fees of US$55.94 per night, plus an additional US$10 gratuity for a total of US$66.95 per night.
How Do I Advance My Mlife Rewards Tier
Qualify for the M life Rewards tiers by increasing your Tier Credits with play at slots and/or table games as well as spend on lodging, dining, and entertainment. The Match To Mgm Rewards Requires Travel To New Jersey Or Massachusetts Usually
However, in the meantime, another pain point of the Merry Go Round, especially for those that already have Caesars Rewards Diamond status via Wyndham is that you need to match to MGM Rewards in person at the Borgata in Atlantic City or at the MGM Springfield in Massachusetts.
Thats certainly inconvenient for anyone on the West Coast, and its a bummer since the MGM Rewards status match can be electronically matched to Hyatt Explorist status. And then those can be matched back and forth each year at expiration.

Why Get Hyatt Explorist Status
You should get Hyatt Explorist status because elite status helps with perks such as upgrades, lounge access, and more. The Points Guy values Hyatt Explorist status at $995/year.
Personally, I think the biggest reasons you should do this Hyatt status match is because youll receive 1 free night with Hyatt and 2 Club Lounge access awards.
Note, Hyatt does allow employees of certain corporations and they dont tell you which ones to get status matches. You should check your eligibility here just in case you qualify for a corporate match.

M Life Rewards Points
Youll earn M life Rewards points when you play slots or video poker machines at MGM Resorts. You can also earn M life Rewards points by spending on the M life Rewards Mastercard.
M life Rewards elites earn additional bonus points, depending on status tier. Bonus points are similar to
- Pearl members 10% bonus
- Platinum 30% bonus
- NOIR 40% bonus
You can redeem M life Rewards points for free slot play at MGM Resorts. To do so, just select POINTPlay from the menu at any slot machine. Or, you can convert M life Rewards points to Express Comps at any M life Rewards desk.
Finally, if you dont earn any points or Tier Credits for six months as a Sapphire Member or 12 months as a Pearl, Gold, Platinum or NOIR Member, you may lose any accumulated points. So, its generally best to use your points soon after you earn them.

MGM has announced some big changes to its Mlife rewards program as of February 1, 2022, when the program will be rebranded as MGM Rewards. MyVEGAS is a series of Facebook and mobile games that allows you to win Loyalty Points. Then you can use these points to book complimentary or discounted rooms, free meals, shows, etc. mostly in Vegas and mostly at MGM properties. I almost dismissed the whole thing out of hand, but then I read on one of the forums that you can run these games in the background. From what I understand you need to learn some basics in order to play these games for free while maximizing the rewards. I havent figured it out yet, and Im not 100% sure its worth the effort, but I felt I had to mention this option as a method of enhancing your trip.
Hard Rock Casinos Rock Royalty Status Match From M Life
After acquiring the two major statuses that I came to Atlantic City for, I began wondering what other casinos I could match to my M life Gold status. Turns out there are a lot of other options! However, for this trip I decided to only match one more, Hard Rock Casino.
My M life Gold status gave me Hard Rocks top tier status Rock Royalty. On this trip, we used the free buffet for two benefits and the $100 in free play. The casino gave me an additional $10 and refunded me another $10 for the parking they charged. Unfortunately, during my free play, we ran into an issue, and I only got about $35 of the $120 I had been awarded. In addition, I got two comped nights that can be used anytime in the next 90 days along with 2 passes to Howie Mandels Comedy Club.
Having top tier Hard Rock status enabled us to skip a very long buffet line so that we could catch our flight out on time.

Tier Benefits Refreshed For Mgm Rewards
MGM has kept its same 5 membership tiers, but they have significantly enhanced benefits. While still perhaps not quite as intriguing as Caesars or Wynn, I find the improvements exciting since I actually prefer staying at MGM properties when I go to Las Vegas both for Hyatt points / elite credit and because they have the properties / casinos that I like.
New benefit highlights include:
- Pearl or higher: complimentary tickets to MGM Rewards concerts
- Gold or higher: waived resort fees, access to exclusive tier appreciation events and experiences
- Platinum or higher: Tier Achievement Travel Credit to Las Vegas , , advanced suite upgrades for up to three nights , and 4 p.m. late check-out
Really, the star of the show here as far as I am concerned is waived resort fees. Those can really add up on a Las Vegas stay.
Update:
For instance, just last week when I was making some Fine Hotels & Resorts bookings to use up my Platinum card credits for 2021, I booked a couple of nights at Delano Las Vegas. The nightly rate was $109, but with tax and resort fee, that came out to more like $160 per night thanks to a resort fee that came to around $45 with tax.
During my searches, I also saw nights where Bellagio came out to around $200 with taxes, so that would be close to net zero for a single-night stay if youre not paying the resort fee.

Earning Tier Points And Mgm Rewards Pointsgaming
While I applaud the new MGM Rewards Program for its fantastic transparency concerning almost all aspects of the program, one area that is a bit more nuanced is earning via gaming .
Once again, I have been assured that earning via gambling will be consistent in all MGM Casino Markets. This consistency is similar to how earning via spend is consistent market to market.
But, your gambling earn rates for MGM Reward Points and MGM Tier Points will vary by the game played, amount wagered, and underlying theo for the game.
This means things will be great for slot players and probably not so great for full-pay video poker players.
One significant enhancement is that in the Las Vegas Market, MGM Rewards Table Game Players will now also be able to earn MGM Rewards Points for their Table Game Play.
Another important point is the seamless integration of BetMGM and MGM Rewards.

A Closer Look At Mgm Rewards Perks
Several perks stand out when comparing the old M life Rewards program and the new MGM Rewards program.
Importantly, Pearl+ members will still get complimentary self-parking and Gold+ members will still get complimentary valet parking. When asked about the value of MGMs parking perks, Mansukhani told me:
As part of our desire to offer real, meaningful benefits that give immediate value to our premium members, providing free self-parking for Pearl+ and free valet parking for Gold+ is a great way to do that. Parking fees have become something difficult to avoid in almost any major city or entertainment destination, so we want to recognize our most loyal members and make it easy and seamless for them to visit any of our MGM Rewards destinations as often as theyd like.
Complimentary tickets to select MGM Rewards concerts in Las Vegas for Pearl+ members also appears to be a valuable perk. Mansukhani had the following to say about the first concert, and why MGM members should be excited about this perk:

However, some perks are only available to MGM Rewards members who qualify for their status based on tier credits. For example, MGM Rewards Gold members who earn their status via a match from World of Hyatt wont be eligible for the $100 tier achievement celebration dining experience unless theyve also earned the required tier credits for the Gold tier.
Whats The New Mgm Rewards Program
Before we get to my questions and MGMs answers, heres a graphic highlighting each elite status tiers benefits.
Not familiar with MGMs loyalty program tiers? Sapphire is the status youll get simply for walking up to an MGM propertys players club desk and signing up. Its a jazzier way of saying general member.
From there, it goes up to Pearl, then Gold, then Platinum, and Noir.
I think Noir is the if-you-dont-know-how-much-gambling-is-required-to-earn-it-then-you-probably-cant-afford-it tier.
A number of MGM Rewards features jumped out at me and presented several questions. Anil Mansukhani, MGM Resorts Vice President of Loyalty Marketing, was kind enough to answer them via email. Eye of the Flyers readers and I tend to be on the same wavelength, so I hope this helps you, too!
Q: Resorts fees being waived is a great perk for Gold and members! Will that feature work for members who book through Amexs Fine Hotels & Resorts and Chases Luxury Hotels & Resorts programs? What about other online travel agencies?
A: No. Rooms must be booked directly through an MGM Resorts channel to qualify for the waived resort fee.
Q: Can members earn points at any dining establishment on MGM properties? Or only MGM-owned restaurants?
A: MGM Rewards Points can be earned and redeemed at over 400 food and beverage outlets across MGM Resorts properties as long as those venues have room charging capabilities.
A: There is no change to the shopping discounts at MGM-owned retailers.
