Xbox Cloud Gaming From September 2020
Microsoft’s cloud game streaming platform formerly known as Project xCloud is an official product as of September 2020, and is part of the increasingly attractive Game Pass Ultimate package.
The library of games has shrunk somewhat from that which was offered during the testing period, but there are still some of Microsoft’s finest in there for launch along with some top titles from third-party publishers. Most recently, titles brought in-house with Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda have joined the game streaming ranks.
Cloud Gaming is part of the main Game Pass app for Android, while on iOS, Mac, Chrome OS, and Linux, Xbox Cloud Gaming is available through the browser.

There are four options total the free Xbox Live service, Xbox Live Gold membership, and the two-tiered Xbox Game Pass subscription model.

Can I Really Play Xbox Games On Phones And Tablets
Yes, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members currently have access to the beta version of Microsofts Xbox Cloud Gaming service, which lets them play cloud-based Xbox games on Android devices. The games are streamed in real-time to the devices via an app. And starting April 20, some Ultimate members will be invited to begin testing a limited beta of Cloud Gaming on Windows 10 PCs, iPhones and iPads, streamed via web browsers.

Microsoft is combining its Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass service into one bundle called Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but is it worth it?
Microsoft recently announced a new bundle that will allow you to pay for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass in one simple payment plan called Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which will launch sometime later this year.
For the uninitiated, Xbox Live Gold gives you access to online multiplayer, while Xbox Game Pass offers a Netflix-esque library of more than 100 games that you can download and play for as long as youre subscribed to the service.
How Much Is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Both subscriptions are currently priced at $10 per month, which adds up to $20 if youre paying monthly, but Xbox Game Pass Ultimate brings that package to just $15 a month. In that sense, youre saving money, but not that much.
One year of Xbox Live Gold costs $60, so if youre already paying for a yearly Xbox Live subscription and are also subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, then this wont change anything, as both add up to the yearly cost of $180.
Additionally, yearly and six-month Xbox Game Pass subscriptions occasionally go on sale, and anything under their current prices would make it cheaper than the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate deal .

What Is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is Microsofts premier game subscription service. It functions like a Netflix-for-games, with a rotating catalog of games to install on your console or PC. You can also stream Xbox games to your phone or tablet from the cloud with Xbox game streaming, which is currently still in beta.

Xbox All Access was introduced years ago as a way for customers to buy an Xbox One without having to pay the full price upfront. Its a pain, if a moderate one, for current subscribers to Xbox Live Gold, but it sure seems like Microsoft is trying to move people towards its other, sexier subscription service: Game Pass Ultimate, which includes all the services of Xbox Live Gold and costs $15 a month absent some sort of deal, promotion or what not which happens all the time. If youre upgrading from Xbox Live Gold, you can 3 months for $1.
The calculus here, mostly, is that it makes the idea of just paying for Xbox Live Gold less appealing. If youve got an Xbox One, Series X or Series S and want to play online gameswhich most people doyouve now got to pay $120 a year to do so. Or you could pay $150 a year and get everything you got before plus a huge library of games, including Microsoft exclusives on your launch day. Its a bit like when movie theaters let you get a colossal soda for like $2 more, or at least it would be if movie theaters existed.
