Solid Gold Pet, a maker of cat and dog food, treats and supplements, is moving its headquarters from South Carolina to Chesterfield.

Solid Gold plans to move into more than 6,000 square feet of office space at 15455 Conway Road at the end of this month, CEO and President Bob Rubin told the Post-Dispatch. Rubin was in Chesterfield on Thursday to announce the relocation.

The company plans to add 20 jobs in administration, marketing and finance over the next few months. With the new hires, Solid Gold will have about 25 employees in Chesterfield and 25 sales associates located throughout the country.
