NBC and E! Entertainment are joining forces to offer fans a double dose of celebrity-filled entertainment in a handful of pre- and post-shows.
Kicking off the day’s coverage at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET, actress Sarah Hyland joins E!’s Nina Parker, Erin Lim, and stylist Brad Goreski on Live From E!: Countdown to the Golden Globes as they count down the top 20 biggest red carpet show-stopping moments.
There will also be the Golden Globes Pre-Show on NBC which will be hosted by and Susan Kelechi Watson, who will present live interviews with a slew of nominees and other stars. In addition, the hourlong telecast will feature the most memorable, funniest and indelible moments in Golden Globes history. Over on E!, Giuliana Rancic and special guest co-host Karamo headline Live From E!: Golden Globes, bringing viewers interviews live fromthe Beverly Hilton with Hollywood’s biggest stars and nominees. Joining Rancic and Karamo will be E!’s style correspondent Zanna Roberts Rassi and Erin Lim, host of E! News’The Rundown. NBC’s Golden Globes Pre-Show is set to begin at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET while Live From E!: Golden Globes will begin an hour earlier at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET.
Who Hosts This Year
Saturday Night Live, sitcom and awards-show vets Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host the show for the fourth time. However, there will be one big change to their side-by-side comedic camaraderie: Poehler, 49, will host from the Beverly Hilton, while Fey, 50, will be at Rockefeller Centers Rainbow Room in New York City.
Who Is Presenting The Golden Globes
Comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be returning to host the awards, with Fey presenting from New York and Poehler from LA. It is the fourth time the pair have hosted together, having previously presented for three years in a row between 2013 and 2015.

The 78th annual Golden Globe Awards will air on NBC on Sunday, Feb. 28 starting at 8 p.m. EST. They’ll be available to stream the next day on Peacock. In addition, the preshow will stream live from and at GoldenGlobes.com starting at 6:30 p.m. EST.

The Globes Air Sunday On Nbc
The show will air live coast-to-coast on NBC at 8 EST/5 PST. The three-hour event will be bicoastal hosted with Fey live from the Rainbow Room in New York City and Poehler from the usual awards home, Los Angeles’ Beverly Hilton.
Presenters will introduce awards in person at both locations, but the winners will appear virtually. The audience will consist a limited number of frontline and essential workers, including Feeding America foodbank workers.
The nominees will be watching the show from around the world, prepared to make virtual speeches. Amanda Seyfried, nominated for her role as supporting actress in “Mank,” said she’ll be watching at home from her couch with her family, including a newborn son. “Throughout the night I will absolutely have to feed my young son,” said Seyfried. “But I’m going to be with them all, including my dog.”

Two huge talents are getting their due. Multiple Golden Globe-winner Jane Fonda, 83, will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award, which is bestowed on an individual who has made an incredible impact in film. Television producing legend Norman Lear, 98, will be honored with the Carol Burnett Award for his contributions to TV.
