Yes, the carrier will contact you at least 24 hours prior to attempting delivery.
Please make sure the delivery window works for you as there will be a re-delivery fee if you miss a confirmed appointment.

What does the delivery service include?
The carrier will accommodate 1 flight of stairs and is responsible for delivering the order to the “first dry room” .
More than 1 flight of stairs, unboxing, removal of packaging, assembly, and/or removal of old items are not included in the standard delivery service.
If you require one or more of these services, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Certificate of Insurance
Please check with your place of residence/business to confirm if a COI is required.
If a COI is required, you will be responsible for providing our carrier with the required paperwork and for arranging payment with the carrier.

Large Furniture Items
We ship large furniture orders via our network of independent LTL carriers. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and tracking is uploaded if the carrier offers it. Most large furniture orders are delivered within 10-15 business days after they have been picked up by the carrier.

Large Furniture Items
We offer free shipping on large furniture items to most areas in the lower 48 states. If free shipping is not available in your area, the shipping cost will be listed at checkout before payment is required.
