Like in RDR2’s main story mode, players in Red Dead Online have the ability to purchase a variety of different items, ranging from tonics to weapons, horses, clothing and so on. Unlike the single-player mode, however, there are two different currencies that can be used to purchase them.

Bounty Hunting is possibly the most lucrative Role in Red Dead Online. Each bounty is quick and earns you both money and gold, fast. There are also enemies to loot, which can help with the Collector Role, so you really boost your earnings over time with this.
The legendary bounties dont provide any gold, but they do offer large sums of money and very fun and unique missions. Dont be afraid to get your hands dirty go and hunt some outlaws. The fastest way to make gold is through Red Dead Onlines Daily Challenges, randomly-determined tasks which will award you 0.20 gold bars for each one. You can find the Daily Challenges by pressing right on the D-Pad and selecting the option by that name, telling you what you can do. Theres ten challenges per day, but more are made available for every one of the frontier roles youve unlocked, as well as a larger bonus of Gold for completing all of the days challenges.
